Why do I need a certificate of insurance?

If your product is damaged or lost in transit, your COI can be used to file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the shipping company will require a COI in order to process your claim. Without a COI, you may have to pay for the repairs or replacement out of your own pocket.

How do I request a certificate of insurance?

To request a COI, please contact our Customer Service team. We will need the following information in order to process your request:

  • Your phone number
  • Your order number

Once we have this information, we will be able to generate a COI and email it to you. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for us to process your request.
